Un'altra Vita
Un'altra Vita is 250sqm and made up of 4 floors of authentic and beautiful rooms, each unique and characteristic. The original slate and terracotta floors can be found in some rooms, as well as the original fireplaces and curved stone walls throughout.
The house located in the middle of the medieval village, and only accessible by steps. There are plenty of car parks around the village- the nearest parking is around a 5 minute walk away from the house. We encourage you to 'pack light' to ensure the walk to the house is as easy as possible. Please enquire if you have any mobility challenges.
Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms- 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Quality sheets and pillowcases, duvets and blankets included. Extra single beds on request.
Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms, each new and equipped with brushed bronze rainwater showers, toilets, basins, towel radiators as well as hand and bath towels.
Kitchen: The kitchen is recently modernised with combi oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine and a range of crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Dining and Lounging: Large lounge with stone walls, sofa and traditional wood fired stove.
Second fabulous lounge, with original working fireplace, built in seating and TV/Netflix.
Dining room with solid oak dining table for 8, open fireplace, and sink.
Outside Spaces: 3 terraces, one covered with dining table, one with Weber bbq and one with sun loungers, all with views across Dolceacqua, the castle, river and church.

The house has very thick stone walls, so is relatively cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We have plenty of heaters and fans incase the traditional methods are not enough for you.
