500EUR deposit required at time of booking.

We have a 30 day cancellation policy. 100% of the booking will be refunded if cancelling more than 30 days of the arrival date. Within 30 days, no refund is  possible.

Standard Self Catering Rates for up to 6 people:
Peak Season - July and August - 350 EUR per night
Shoulder Season- April- June, September- October- 295 EUR per night
Off Peak Season- November- March- 250 EUR per night
30 EUR pppn for extra beds (up to 2)- please enquire

Special Offers for Longer Stays- please enquire.

Minimum stays depending on the season are required.
Linen, Towels Included in Price
Cleaning Fee per stay of 100 EUR is required to be paid in cash when checking in.

City tax of 1EUR per day per person is required to be paid in cash when checking in.
